Abstract Guidelines Postal Mail Submission

Deadline for submission of abstracts is January 31, 1999. This deadline has been extended to February 28, 1999.

• Please follow the instructions in "General Information for Abstract Preparation and Submission"
• The abstract itself should be printed on plain white bond paper, within the indicated boundaries.
• On the same sheet of paper, indicate your topic preference, presentation preference, and provide name of presenting author and certification that the submitted paper has never been published, all according to the instructions given in "General Information for Abstract Preparation and Submission"
• Please mail abstract(s) between cardboard. DO NOT FOLD. Submit original abstract and five copies to:
