Sample Abstract

Abstracts will be reproduced from a printed original,
and reduced in size by 40% for publication in the "Program
and Abstracts" book. FAXes are unsuitable for publication.
The final printed version of the abstract must fit into an area
of 5 inches wide and 6.5 inches high (12.7 cm. x 16.5 cm.),
and should adhere to certain specifications for consistency in
format. The sample abstract below illustrates many aspects of
an optimal abstract. Note that abstracts that do not conform to
the instructions will be returned.
