This "mid-week level" puzzle was designed as a fundraiser for a community-based economic development project. The constructor's aunt, Terrie Anderson, serves on the board of directors of the Northside Planning Council, the sponsoring non-profit organization.  We are pleased to provide, with no further editing on our part, a permanent home for the puzzle.
