Visit to Oz

by George Barany

This "mid-week level" puzzle, with probably more black squares than is normally considered kosher, represents an earlier draft of the eventually major revamped "main" puzzle, We're Not in Kansas. This version had to be abandoned after a couple of our beta testers pointed out that one of the theme answers was the subject of an inexplicable spelling error. Oy!

Click here to view or download the puzzle in PDF format; here to download it as a puz file [requires Across Lite software to play]; here for the solution [for technical reasons, on-line is not an option]. Please note that this puzzle has nine pictorial clues that you can only get from THIS web page.
