Fire Safety Pages

1. Remove all personnel from area of immediate danger.

2. Confine the fire by closing all doors and windows to the area.

3. DIAL 911. Give the location of the fire and whether there is: smoke odor, visible smoke, or visible flame.

4. Activate the building alarm system at the nearest manual alarm station.

5. Fight the fire only if you can do so without endangering yourself.

6. STAY OFF ELEVATORS during a fire or other emergencies.

7. Report the fire to the Front Office, 139 Smith, 4-6000.

8. Vacate the building until the "all clear" is given.
