Emergency Procedures: INJURY

1. If minor, go to the UofM Hospital Emergency Room accompanied by another person.
   If the injury is serious dial 911 and describe your injury as well as your location.
2. All work-related injuries must be reported to Chuck Tomlinson in the Front Office, 139 Smith, and a First Report of Injury must be filled out promptly.
