Research by CSP investigator Kechun Zhang‘s group was featured in the University of Minnesota Legacy Magazine Winter 2017 issue in an article titled, “From orange peels to yoga pants: turning agricultural waste into everyday products.” This article is a great overview of an important topic in CSP’s research in sustainability and its real-world impact for sustainable product development.
