Two CSP Graduate Students, Derek Batiste (Hillmyer group) and Hussnain Sajjad (Reineke and Tolman groups), have been awarded spring 2020 fellowships from PPG, a global leader and supplier of paints, coatings, and specialty materials. The fellowships are the result of a gift from PPG to the University of Minnesota’s Industrial Partnership for Research in Interfacial and Materials Engineering (IPRIME). PPG chose to make this gift because of the University of Minnesota’s world renowned polymer science program, nature of interdisciplinary research, and long history of industrial training.
