Dr. Alice Chang (Bates Group) has received an Arnold O. Beckman Postdoctoral Fellowship in Chemical Sciences for 2019-20 for her work in Tough, Sustainable Plastics via Graft Block Polymer Design. These prestigious fellowships fund postdoctoral scholars within the core areas of fundamental chemistry or the development and build of chemical instrumentation. The fellowship is to serve as a catalyst from “mentored yet independent” postdocs to outstanding, independent researchers in academic or industry/government labs. Congratulations, Alice!
