CSP postdoctoral researcher Raisa Carmen Andeme Ela (Dauenhauer Group) was selected for and participated in MIT’s ChemE Rising Stars program. This two-day workshop is designed to help “bring together top female doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers who are approximately one year away from submitting applications for faculty openings.” The program included research presentations, panel discussions with MIT faculty, communications workshops, and networking events with faculty, graduate students, and postdoctoral researchers currently at MIT. This is a very competitive program – only twenty applicants are selected each year. Congratulations, Raisa!
