Peptides for the New Millennium
The American Peptide Symposium, a biennial event, is the premier meeting in the field and is sponsored by the American Peptide Society. Information about the 16th American Peptide Symposium, to be held in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is provided in the categories depicted below, and in the menu bar on the left. The "Call for Papers & Registration Information" was mailed just before Thanksgiving, 1998. The deadlines for abstract submission, extended several times, have come and gone, and the program of oral and poster presentations is now ready to look at. Further information and updates will be posted at this web site; for the latest, see New Developments. Shown above are a photo of the "Spoonbridge and Cherry," on display at the Sculpture Garden of the Minneapolis Walker Art Center, which morphs into the logo of the 16th American Peptide Symposium. The ripple shape of the spoon handle represents the Mississippi River.
